About Us

The Centre for Climate Adaptation, Evidence and Hub (CCAEH) is dedicated to advancing climate resilience through research, knowledge sharing, policy support, and community empowerment. We document and amplify adaptation practices across Kenya, East Africa, and beyond, highlighting success stories, challenges, and lessons from the ground. By curating evidence, publishing research, and leveraging multimedia platforms, we ensure that local and indigenous knowledge informs both practice and policy. Our work has shaped county and national climate frameworks, influenced international dialogues, and supported global efforts on climate justice, energy transitions, and adaptation financing.

At the heart of CCAEH’s mission is empowering communities and building capacity for sustainable climate solutions. From training women and youth groups in climate-smart livelihoods to implementing clean energy projects and fostering grassroots innovations, we work to ensure inclusive and practical responses to climate change. Through partnerships with governments, civil society, academia, and businesses, we promote scalable technologies, sustainable enterprises, and accessible financing models. By bridging evidence, governance, and innovation, CCAEH drives transformative climate action that uplifts vulnerable communities while contributing to global resilience.
